Our story goes all the way back to Freshman year of high school where Rachel had the biggest crush on the smart boy in Spanish class who eventually DM’d her… only for answers for Spanish homework. After weeks of talking and hanging out, he finally decided to ask her out on October 16th, 2014. With no intentions at 14 years old of marrying each other, we ended up falling in love. We did what any parent wants for their child and followed each other to college and decided we were ready for the next step and to grow our family… so we got our fur baby, Motley. After college and only dating for a short 8.5 years, Jon finally decided that Rachel has patiently waited long enough. On July 15th, 2023 at beautiful Flippen Park in Dallas, Jon got down on one knee and asked Rachel to marry him. It was the easiest yes she’s ever said.
Let me introduce you to the Maid of Honor, Karsen! Karsen has been my sister for almost 20 years now! We have stayed best friends despite distance, boys, and her going through law school. I am honored to have her stand by my side at the alter (probably crying just as much as me!)

Welcome my last bridesmaid, Aubrey! I have known Aubrey since middle school! She watched Johnny and I fall in love firsthand in Spanish class (as cringy as that was) and will now be by our side when we say “I do!”
